With over 20 years of extensive experience, I specialize in general trauma therapy, couples counseling, and have a profound background working with men and women from the Canadian Forces, specifically addressing mental health challenges such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) based on Operational Trauma.

Moreover, my expertise extends to providing support for addiction issues stemming from childhood traumas and familial dysfunctions. I foster an empathetic environment that prioritizes safety, trust-building, and therapeutic guidance to help alleviate distressing symptoms and guide individuals towards finding hope and peace of mind.
