Archways Centre for CBT provides Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) programs to individuals who suffer from excessive worry in London Ontario. We are a group practice comprised of Psychologists and Psychological Associates, all registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
Our approach to worry, anxiety, fear, and mood disorders is through examining your negative thoughts and interpretations in specific situations. Designed to be short-term in length – typically between 6-20 sessions – CBT looks at the individual and evaluates each person’s specific needs and goals. We will talk with you to determine your unique current situation, and where you would like to be in the future, and then develop a personalized treatment regimen for you. We offer individual and group therapy, as well as weekly or bi-weekly sessions, the selection of which will be determined as we work through your personalized program.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps to identify the thought processes keeping you trapped in a pattern of anxiety and worry. Our London Ontario office is here to continually monitor your progress through the program, providing you with the necessary tools to promote and practice CBT in your daily life, work, and other social situations.
At Archways Centre for CBT, you do not need a Doctor’s referral to make an appointment. We have a conveniently located downtown office with free parking, and our hours are flexible so that you can come at a time that works for you, whether it’s morning, afternoon, or in the evening. Insurance plans are also welcomed.
We will do our best to schedule your first appointment within one week of contacting us, ensuring that you are able to begin the process of moving toward change when it is most needed.
