Archways Centre for CBT is a private practice, meaning that services are not funded by the provincial medical plan.  As such, standard OHIP coverage does not fund treatment.  The majority of individuals who come to see us pay for the services themselves.  However others have extended health coverage (generally through work) that will reimburse for “psychological services” or treatment with a “psychologist”.  You may wish to check your plan before booking your first appointment. 

If you are a full-time student at the University of Western Ontario you may be eligible to receive up to $500 per year for psychological assessment and/or treatment with a psychologist of your choosing.  Check with Health Services for more information.

The fee for registered psychologists and psychological associates is below the current recommended rates for psychological care set by the Ontario Psychological Association. 

Our fees are $150.00 per session (50 minutes).

For payment we accept cash, cheque, and Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards

Archways Centre for CBT also accepts third-party payment from short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurers and other agencies, such as the Worker’s Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB).
